Guy Geldhof

Guy Geldhof joined Vesalius Biocapital Fund I initially in 2009 as CFO, and later as Partner and Managing Partner for VBC II and VBC III respectively. Between 2007 and 2011, Guy held the position of Secretary General of the BVA, the Belgian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association where he still remains a board member. He also served on different committees of Invest Europe. He is a recognised business consultant and finance specialist. In 2000, he was a Co-Founder of Value4Growth, a specialised consulting and management firm to support technology and life science companies. He has been a venture coach for many young companies and has supported these in all aspects of company formation, product strategy and fund raising.

Guy also held roles at Arthur Andersen starting as a member of the Business Advisory and Audit team and later joined their Business Consulting team in Houston and Brussels. He has a Master’s degree in Commercial Engineering from the Free University of Brussels.
